OpenGard is a self-hosted product. The software runs entirely on your infrastructure and we do not have any access to your data.
The OpenGard software does not transmit any data outside, unless you explicitly configure it to do so (via syslog events, custom actions, or API). It does not phone home, send telemetry, or contact any external server. All data remains on your infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process payments.
We do not access your production data nor we collect any usage information or statistics
We may request access to a specific set of data to assist with support tickets. Providing this data is entirely at your discretion, and we cannot access it unless you share it with us.
We retain your contact information for the duration of your license and a reasonable period after expiration for renewal purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
This does not affect any license files already issued.
We will retain only minimal data about which companies acquire which types of licenses and when, strictly to prevent license misuse.
