1. Free Evaluation Before Purchase

OpenGard offers a free 3-month evaluation with all features included. We strongly recommend evaluating the software before purchasing a license to ensure it meets your requirements.

2. 30-Day Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason, no questions asked. Simply contact us with your order details and we will process your refund.

3. After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you believe the software does not operate substantially as described, you may still contact us to request a refund. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us by email with your order details. For requests made within the 30-day window, no additional explanation is required. For requests after 30 days, please include a description of the issue you experienced. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. License Revocation

Upon receiving a refund, your license is revoked and must no longer be used. You must delete the license file from all installations.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that transaction.
